This activity guides students through a hands-on, multi-session process to create Growth Mindset Power Posters. 

• Building the Foundation: The journey begins by exploring the concepts of fixed mindset and growth mindset through engaging discussions and sorting activities. Students will learn that their brains are like muscles that get stronger with practice and effort. 
• Brainstorming Power: Students will brainstorm “power words” and phrases that embody a growth mindset, such as “yet,” “try,” “effort,” and “persevere.” They will also think of images and symbols to use in their artwork. 
• Designing the Masterpiece: Using their brainstormed ideas, students will sketch and create their final poster with a variety of art supplies. They will focus on a clear, positive message to inspire others. 
• Gallery of Growth: The activity culminates in an optional Power Poster Gallery Walk where students can share their creations and give each other positive, constructive feedback.
